Julia M. Toro at Guatemalan Festival

September 7, 2014.  Julia M. Toro attended the annual Guatemalan Festival in Langley Park, MD.  She spoke on current immigration topics, the children at the border, and prospective executive action by President Obama, which has been postponed until November, 2014.
