Julia Manglano Toro studied law at DePaul University, College of Law, in Chicago, IL, and has a master in international human rights law from American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, DC. She received her law license in Washington, DC. She has over 17 years in the practice of immigration law. Fluent in Spanish.
