Ukrainian: temporary protective status

The US Government has declared that there will be Temporary Protected Status for Ukrainians in the US who do not have legal status at this time, which would protect them from getting deported to Ukraine.  We are waiting for the notice from the Federal Registry to start processing those applications.
For Ukrainians who live in the US with legal status as permanent residents or US citizens, they can help their family members abroad by seeking Humanitarian Parole for their relatives and/or have them seek a B visa at a US Embassy in a neighboring of Ukraine with evidence that their family in the US can provide shelter and financial support to them during their temporary stay in the US.
Our office has a Russian speaking attorney to facilitate processing of these types of cases, along with our 20+ years of experience processing such cases and all other types of immigration cases.
